Bradco Renovations

Bathroom Remodel

A bathroom that actually works for your life — better layout, better finishes, and no shortcuts hidden behind the walls.

An outdated or poorly designed bathroom affects how your whole home feels. Whether it is a cramped layout, fixtures that have seen better days, or tile that belongs in a different decade, these things add up. At Bradco Renovations, we approach every bathroom remodel by first understanding how you actually use the space — what is working, what is not, and what you want it to look and feel like when we are done. Your bathroom should fit your life, not the other way around.

We handle bathroom remodels throughout Foley, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fairhope, Daphne, and the surrounding Baldwin and Mobile County communities. From updating a single bathroom to fully gutting and rebuilding the space from scratch, we manage the entire scope — demo, plumbing tie-ins, tile work, fixture installation, and finish carpentry. We work with you on material selections that match your style and your budget, and we source quality products that hold up over time in the Gulf Coast's humid climate.

When the project is finished, the difference should be obvious the moment you walk in. At Bradco, we do not rush the details or cover up subpar work with a coat of paint. Every tile, every fixture, and every finish gets the same level of attention because that is what holds up years down the road. If you are ready to stop putting off that bathroom remodel, call us at (251) 407-5270 for a free in-home estimate. We serve homeowners across Baldwin County and we would be glad to take a look at your space.

What We Offer:

Full Bathroom Gut & Rebuild

Complete demo of the existing bathroom down to the studs, followed by a full rebuild with updated layout, plumbing, and finishes of your choosing.

Shower & Tub Replacement

Removal of old showers and tubs and installation of new units — tile showers, walk-in designs, freestanding tubs, or prefab surrounds depending on your preference.

Tile Installation

Floor and wall tile work installed properly with the right substrate, waterproofing, and grout for lasting results in a wet environment.

Vanity & Fixture Upgrades

New vanities, sinks, toilets, faucets, and lighting installed and connected correctly — no loose fixtures or plumbing that leaks six months later.

Flooring Replacement

Removal of old flooring and installation of new tile, luxury vinyl, or other bathroom-appropriate materials that handle moisture without warping or lifting.

Layout Reconfiguration

If your current bathroom layout does not work, we can reconfigure the space to improve flow, add storage, or make better use of the square footage you have.

Accessibility Modifications

Walk-in showers, grab bar installation, and other adjustments for homeowners who need a more accessible bathroom setup.

Why Bradco

Why Choose Bradco Renovations for Bathroom Remodel

No Shortcuts on Waterproofing

Moisture is the number one reason bathroom remodels fail early. We do the waterproofing correctly behind every shower and wet area so you are not dealing with mold or water damage a year after the job is done.

Full Scope, One Contractor

We handle everything from demo through final installation. You are not coordinating between a tile guy, a plumber, and a finish carpenter. One team manages the whole project and one person is accountable for how it turns out.

Material Guidance Without the Pressure

Not sure what tile, fixtures, or layout will work best? We help you work through the options based on your style and your budget — without pushing you toward the most expensive choice.

Honest Timeline and Pricing

A standard bathroom remodel with Bradco typically takes two to three weeks. We give you a real timeline and a real number before work starts, and we stick to both.

Free In-Home Estimate

We come out, walk through your bathroom, and put together a detailed estimate at no charge. You will know exactly what the project involves and what it will cost before you make any decisions.
