Bradco Renovations

Roof Installation & Replacement

Your home deserves a roof that holds up through every Gulf Coast storm season — and we build it that way.

A roof is not something most homeowners think about until there is a problem. By then, the damage has often been building for a while. At Bradco Renovations, we approach every roof installation and replacement with the mindset that this is one of the most important investments you will make in your home. We take the time to assess your specific situation — the age of your current roof, the structure underneath, and what material makes the most sense for your home and your budget.

You get a recommendation based on your house, not a one-size-fits-all answer.

We handle full roof replacements and new installations on residential properties throughout Foley, Gulf Shores, Orange Beach, Fairhope, and the surrounding Baldwin and Mobile County areas. Whether your home needs a standard shingle roof or a longer-lasting metal roofing system built for the coastal climate, we have the experience to do it right. Our process covers everything from removing the old roof and inspecting the decking to installing the new system and cleaning up completely when we are done.

You will not be left managing a half-finished project or chasing someone down for answers.

When it is time to replace your roof, who you hire matters more than most people realize. A poor installation leads to leaks, callbacks, and repairs that cost more than the job itself. Brad Lowery has spent over 20 years in the trades on the Gulf Coast, and that experience shows in how we work. If you are ready to get a real look at your roof and an honest estimate with no pressure, give us a call at (251) 407-5270.

We serve homeowners across Baldwin County and Mobile County — and we stand behind the work we do.

Roofing Services

What We Offer:

Full Roof Replacement

Complete tear-off of your existing roof, inspection of the decking below, and installation of a new roofing system from start to finish.

New Roof Installation

Fresh installations on new builds or additions, installed to Alabama building code with proper underlayment and flashing throughout.

Shingle Roofing

Architectural and dimensional shingle options in a range of styles and colors to match your home's exterior.

Metal Roofing

Standing seam and metal panel systems built to handle the Gulf Coast's heat, humidity, and storm conditions with a longer lifespan than traditional shingles.

Decking Inspection & Repair

Before any new roof goes on, we inspect the decking underneath and replace any damaged or rotted sections to give the new roof a solid foundation.

Flashing & Ventilation

Proper flashing around chimneys, vents, and edges — and correct attic ventilation — are installed with every job to prevent future leaks and moisture buildup.

Full Site Cleanup

Every job ends with a complete cleanup of your property including magnetic nail sweeps, debris removal, and haul-off of all old materials.

Why Bradco

Why Choose Bradco Renovations for Roof Installation & Replacement

Honest Assessment, Not a Sales Pitch

Before we recommend anything, we get on your roof and look at what is actually there. You get a straightforward opinion on whether a repair or full replacement is the right call — not whichever option costs more.

Gulf Coast Experience

The Alabama and Florida Gulf Coast presents specific challenges — high humidity, hurricane-force winds, salt air, and intense UV exposure. We have been working in this environment for over 20 years and we know what materials and methods hold up here long term.

One Team, Start to Finish

We do not hand your job off to a subcontractor once you sign. Brad and his team manage and complete the installation themselves so accountability never gets lost in the process.

Free In-Home Estimates

There is no charge to have us come out and assess your roof. You get a detailed written estimate with a clear scope and a real number before any decision is made.

Transparent Pricing

What we quote is what you pay. We do not add charges at the end of a job. If something unexpected comes up mid-project, we tell you immediately and discuss it before moving forward.
